What do you get when you brew for 24 hours a day?  Some pretty darn good beer, that’s what!  Revolver Brewing in Granbury, TX is famous for its “Blood & Honey” and for good reason!  Hallelujah for local honey!  We really enjoyed getting to spend some time visiting Revolver and will definitely be back for some “Sangre” and “Mullet Cutter” (along with some “Blood & Honey” too of course) very soon!!

Two heads are better than one and at Lakewood Brewing Co. in Dallas, TX, this couldn’t be more true!  Wim loved beer so a little over two years ago he created Lakewood Brewing Co.  and his friend Craig wanted to come along for the ride too — couldn’t have thought of a better addition to Wim’s fantastic beer!  A round of Rock Ryders all around to celebrate such terrific craft beer in Texas!

Over the river and through the woods, to B-52 we go!  About a year ago, brothers Chad and Brent wanted to try their hand at home brewing and when their batches proved to be delicious, they decided to expand and hence, B-52 Brewing Co. was born!  Located in the woods of Conroe, TX, B-52 is modeled after aircraft hangers and the taproom is even built around an old ammunition container!  With picnic tables, a fire pit, and backyard games, B-52 is the perfect place to enjoy some good times and terrific beers!  Can’t wait to watch this brewery grow!  We’re eagerly awaiting the day that their brews land in Dallas!

Most good jokes start with something along the lines of “two friends walked into a bar…” but what about when two friends walked OUT of the bar?  They discover a blown out flip flop that eventually becomes the inspiration for a brewery in San Antonio, TX that’s what!  Enter, Busted Sandal Brewing Co., the one year-old craft brewery started by Rob and Joe, those same two friends walking out of the bar.  They’re making plans to start canning their brews, which is great because we’d really like to have some of that fantastic 210 Ale in Dallas soon!

What’s in a name?  That which we call a tank by any other name would smell as fantastic.  Or would it?  Well, the folks over at Saint Arnold Brewing Co. in Houston, TX aren’t taking any chances to find out…they’ve named all of their tanks after patron saints of things like brewing, beers, and wheat.  Grab a Santo and come see if they’ve got a tank named after you!  #PatronSaintsOfPaleAle #PatronSaintsOfBreweryTours

A branch line is a secondary railroad line stemming off from the main line — in our opinion, Branchline Brewing Co. in San Antonio, TX is a main line running full steam ahead into our hearts!  Hoping that their craft brews make it to Dallas soon, we’ve been craving Evil Owl Amber and Whitecap since we visited!
