Four Corners Brewing Co. is one of the most beautiful breweries we’ve been to — the big windows facing the sun make the lighting there amazing!  Grab your friends and head over for a visit — their beer is terrific (Local Buzz is our favorite) and their indoor tailgating during this chilly weather is sure to be a BINGO!

Peticolas Brewing Co. in Dallas, TX — some of our favorite neighbors!  Because everything tastes better when it’s fresh from the tap, you can’t get this Peticolas beer in bottles or cans – just kegs and growlers.  Which is ok, because we love their beer so much, anything smaller wouldn’t be nearly enough!

Ranger Creek, the ultimate double header — a brewery and distillery all in one, its a dream come true!  They’ve got bourbon, whiskey, moonshine and some pretty spectacular beers to boot!  If you’re in the San Antonio area, this is a must visit.  Keep an eye out for their small batch series this holiday season, it’s the perfect gift for everyone…even yourself!

Want to be part of one of the most Infamous gangs around?  Stop by this local Austin, TX brewery and you’re in!  Created with some of the most notorious villains of all time in mind, Infamous Brewing Company makes some sinfully fantastic beer!  The “Sweep The Leg” peanut butter stout was unlike anything we’d ever tasted!

Hell-bent on excellence is not just a motto at Austin Beerworks in Austin, TX…it’s how they do everything!  Which explains how they came up with the genius idea for a 99-pack of Peacemaker.  It’s obvious that the people there love what they do and enjoy having a good time doing it!  From the herds of unicorns around the brewery, the velvet paintings on the walls, and the extremely welcoming attitudes found there, Austin Beerworks is a must visit!

Community Beer Company in Dallas, Texas was another stop on our Texas brewery tour!  With their mantra of “Beer for the greater good”, Community has become a place for friends, family, and new acquaintances to gather together to share some good times and terrific local brews!  Their “Public Ale” has won back to back Gold medals at the Great American Beer Festival (2013, 2014) and after having a mug of it, you’ll understand why!  Their “Inspiration” also deserves high fives all around!

For the past three days, Tom and team have been touring Texas breweries in Dallas, Granbury, Austin, San Antonio, Houston, and Conroe shooting pictures for a collaborative Instagram project called “I Love Texas” that Tom was asked to contribute to!  We’ve seen a lot of awesome local breweries (15 total!) that are making some REALLY fantastic beer, right here in the Lone Star State!  The pictures for today are from Deep Ellum Brewing Co. in Dallas, TX.  John, the owner of the brewery (featured in the first image), spent some time in Colorado and came back determined to bring some good beer to Texas — we think he did a pretty darn good job!
